My Pension Advisor (“we”, “us”) operates mypensionadvisor.co.uk. We are an introducer service that connects members of the public with independent financial advisers authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Our office is at First Floor, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT.
What information we collect
- Your name, telephone number and email address.
- Information you volunteer about your pensions, such as approximate value, provider or scheme type.
- The content of any message or enquiry you send us.
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected for security and site performance.
How we use your information
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to arrange your free consultation, and to introduce you to an FCA-regulated adviser whose expertise matches your circumstances. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the introduction service you asked us to provide.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the FCA-regulated advisory firm matched to your enquiry, and with service providers who host our website and systems under contract. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@mypensionadvisor.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
