1. About this service

My Pension Advisor provides a free introduction service. We are not a financial advice firm and we do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. All regulated advice is provided by the independent adviser you are introduced to, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is solely responsible for that advice.

2. Information on this website

Content on this website, including guides, articles and calculators, is general information only. It does not take account of your personal circumstances and must not be relied upon as a recommendation. Always obtain regulated advice before acting.

3. Calculators and projections

Any figures produced by tools on this site are illustrative estimates based on the assumptions you enter. They are not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on investment performance, charges, inflation, tax and the length of your retirement.

4. Introductions

We select advisers from our panel based on the information you give us. We cannot guarantee that an adviser will be able to help in every case, nor the outcome of any advice given. You are never obliged to proceed with any adviser we introduce.

5. Your obligations

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our introduction service, contact us at info@mypensionadvisor.co.uk. Complaints about regulated advice should be made to the advising firm, which will have its own complaints procedure and access to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
